what does ANSA mean? And “Cia”–are these Italian entities that gather public statistics?

Question by ItalianoWithJodina: what does ANSA mean? And “Cia”–are these Italian entities that gather public statistics?
I came across these terms in this online article. They are not unfamiliar to me, but i don’t know what they stand for and plan to use the info in the article for an Italian class this evening.

“Cia: a Pasqua niente crisi su pranzi e gite, si torna a spendere”

Grazie del vostro input!

In that context, “ANSA” means “Agenzia Nazionale Stampa Associata”, i.e. “National Agency of Associated Press”, and it is the leading news agency in Italy.
In that context, “CIA” means “Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori”, i.e. “Confederation of Italian Farmers Syndicates”.
