If your are using Windows Xp than insert your Windows XP CD in your CD Drive and open control panel add select Add Remove Option and CLICK ADD REMOVE WINDOW COMPONENTS AND SELECT TICK SMTP Option.

You can also do the same through with the Auto Play option in your Windows XP CD.
