I have a report that automatically generates in html format. I usually tweak this report myself by adding a few lines of HTML in specific places and writing whatever needs to be written in those lines. I need a way to automate this process so that other people can do it with minimal to no knowledge of HTML.
Either the people editing can use a WYSIWYG program like Microsoft Expression Web or Adobe Dreamweaver, or you could use a "tag" system similar to BBCode ( http://www.bbcode.org/ )

I am wanting to do something similar to what photobucket does for my website, only mine would be on a smaller scale mainly pertaining to my web subject. I know how to put an upload code into my webpage but I am struggling with how give a user an html image code to put into their myspace or where ever. If anyone has any thoughts on this, that would be great.
Basicaly, when you use websites like photobucket, they are hosting the picture you upload to their online server. To post a picture into a website using html, you follow the following code:
<img src="insert picture url here" >
Just insert the url of the photo and leave the quotation marks there.
The most important part is the picture has to be hosted somewhere first. Photobucket and Imageshack.us are both good sites to use for free. If you are doing a professional webpage and need a more reliable image hosting service, you may need to pay a membership fee for that.
If you are trying to build a website, I suggest you download a website builder like Microsoft Expressions, or Adobe Dreamweaver.

We have extensive reports for website data that is calculated and constructed using excel. I was just wondering what would be the best way to convert these into html or pdf files which can be given to clients, as they would no longer contain all the raw data and equations in the actual excel sheet. Thanks.
Two situations:
1. If you are using Office 2007, download Microsoft "Save as PDF or XPS" Add-in for 2007 from its official site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4d951911-3e7e-4ae6-b059-a2e79ed87041&displaylang=en
After you install this add-in, open the excel report you want to publish and then select Save or Publish to PDF or XPS from the Office or File menu.
2. If you are using an earlier version like 2003, take a Office to PDF converter like Moyea PPT to PDF converter.Download it at http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-pdf-converter/

I have a word doc that I formatted great with pictures and everything but I need the html code for all that to enter into the craigslist ad for a rental property listing… How do I do all this or is there another program I should be using?
Word allows you to save as an html or html filtered file. Just open it again and select the right Options from the "Save As" selection window.
Your layout maynot look the same except in IE as Word and other so-called products that can save files as html insert Microsoft Schema code which no other browser except IE/Maxthon understands.
Microsoft does make a free cleaner, but you may have to go in and do some hand coding afterwards.

I use filezilla. I have the html I need for my website, but it is saved in a microsoft word document. Can I just drag and drop the microsoft document to get the coding or do I have to do something else?
No can do. You need to save it as a .html file. It’s probably saved as a .doc or .docx right now. You should use notepad for html; formatting on your computer doesn’t show up online.
As for filezilla, just connect to your server, navigate to the file on your computer inside filezilla, and drag and drop it wherever you want.

I want to store data(ofcourse) in a table in access and then export it to xhtml where it could be viewed over the internet, in a browser. How can I do that?
Select the table, then click "File => Export" and choose html.
