Question by peter s: How do i change the font styles of web feeds?
This is what i (and others) have on their page.

This is the code thats in the .js file:
document.write(‘This is where the news event will go
‘);

According to this the font colour should be 333333 which is dark grey. However as the text is hyperlinked it came up as underlined blue font. So i put the STYLE=”text-decoration: none” in which removed the underline in the links. But why is the font still blue?
How can i change the font colour to 333333 so it shows as 333333 on peoples pages?

In your style declaration within the tag, add a ; after the none and add color:#333333.

Question by Amelia: I don’t know what DocType to use and my website has some text that moves. Need Help!?
I am workig on a website and I am sure there are some problems with it but I really need to fix the Doctype and also, in explorer, only on some of the computers I have here, the content of my page only shows half of it and when you click on it, it jumps to where it is supposed to be.

Could someone please help me?

I am using styles in the html doc not on a seperate page and I am also using font and image tags. I tried validating and it said:

1. document type does not allow element “font” here; missing one of “a”, “span”, “bdo”, “tt”, “i”, “b”, “u”, “s”, “strike”, “em”, “strong”, “dfn”, “code”, “q”, “samp”, “kbd”, “var”, “cite”, “abbr”, “acronym”, “label”, “button”, “ins”, “del” start-tag

2.end tag for “img” omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified

3. document type does not allow element “p” here; missing one of “object”, “applet”, “map”, “iframe”, “button”, “ins”, “del” start-tag

4. required attribute “type” not specified

5. start tag was here
