This actually looks just like iPhone! The internet browser included in the portal isn’t great, I suggest you use the real Safari for PSP.
Download iPSP from here (new website): http://dl.qj.net/iPSP-v1.10-zipped/pg/49/fid/14062/catid/140
Type this in your PSP once you install iPSP: file:/PSP/COMMON/ipsp/index.html
*If you see “The content cannot be displayed”, connect your PSP to your computer and right click the file called “Index” in the “iPSP folder” and choose “Properties”. On the top, click “Change” and then choose Internet Explorer from the list.*

Just create a folder in the PSP folder in your PSP called THEME and copy it in there.
